Buy a Neti Pot and never look back!
Being a chronic lifetime sinus sufferer, never really knowing what its like to breathe clearly I came across the Neti Pot during my recent visit to the Melbourne Mind Body Spirit Festival.  Having spent many years and money, plus a most horrific operation to clear and fix my sinuses I decided, even though I was quite skeptical to buy the Neti Pot. 

Those of you who suffer headaches and sinus infections you know that when sinus attacks you will do anything to feel better again; but nonetheless I headed home armed with my new “best friend”, hoping that the easy to use and affective process will improve my headaches and sinusitis. 

The following morning I awoke, determined to try the Neti Pot.  What followed was a life changing experience.  The instant relief I felt was amazing.  I was so happy that it was a natural process (no antibiotics in sight) and after purchasing the Neti Pot, all I needed was warm water and salt – nice and cheap.  Mostly though I was impressed of how well it worked and how clear my head and sinuses felt. 

Yes, it’s a bit of a weird process at work but straight away I could see and feel positive affects.  Why don’t doctors know about Neti Pots and why don’t they suggest it to their patients who suffer so badly with sinus infections? I was so impressed I went back to the MBS to visit the girls at the Neti Pot stall and tell them how well I felt and it was only Day 1. 

Having had blocked sinuses for over 12 months now with constant headaches the Neti Pot did not fix everything in one or two goes but its now 6 days on and I am using the pot every day and I feel so much better and brighter.  You can only imagine my joy in finding something as simple and easy to use as the Neti Pot.

I have now retired my sinus sprays and other meditation as I continue to use the Neti Pot every day to help to continue to clear my sinuses and relieve my headaches; which doctors said only surgery will help!!!!
